Our Founder & CEO
Christopher Glotfelter
Chris brings over a dozen years of global experience at the intersection of sustainability, finance, operations, investments, and strategy. Across his career, Chris has served as a sustainability expert at an ESG advisory firm in Singapore, where he designed and structured innovative financing instruments for energy transition, the blue economy, and sustainable agriculture projects across Asia. Prior to his experience in Asia, he worked at PwC in London, directly advising the Consulting leadership on business growth strategies, leading acquisitions and integrations, and launching a digital ventures incubator while growing new segments of the business. Earlier in his career at Penzance Management, a Washington, DC boutique private equity real estate firm, he closed over USD $500M in transactions while enhancing asset value through sustainable management strategies.
Chris’ academic groundings (MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment, JD in Environmental & Real Estate Law, BA in Psychology) complement his practical experience in deal structuring and corporate growth. He combines the rigour of legal and financial analysis with the creativity of a venture builder. His professional journey has taken him across North America, Europe, and Asia, equipping him with a truly international perspective and a diverse network that spans corporates, investors, governments, and NGOs.
Chris differentiates himself by translating complex sustainability challenges into clear, actionable, and financially viable strategies. He is not a compliance auditor or a box-checker - he is a trusted partner who helps corporations and investors discover how sustainability can unlock growth, access new forms of capital, and future-proof their businesses in an evolving global economy.
